As the PYP Curriculum Coordinator and member of the Primary Leadership team, I work with teaching teams and students to co-construct relevant and engaging conceptual units of inquiry that are vision driven, designed with the learner in mind and reflect our pedagogical beliefs. As a pedagogical leader, my role includes supporting our learning community in their understanding of the PYP, building capacity in our teachers and middle leaders and  advocating for professional growth opportunities for all. As Pedagogical Coach, I support both individual educators and teams in their professional goals to support student learning.
